*Note: Participating vendors are required to be on site and unloaded 1 hour prior to gates opening. Vehicular traffic will not be permitted one hour before fair gates open.
| Thursday, August 25 | 6pm – midnight | (commercial/non profit booths close at 11pm) |
| Friday, August 26 | 6pm – midnight | (commercial/non profit booths close at 11pm) |
| Saturday August 27 | noon – midnight | (commercial/non profit booths close at 11pm) |
| Sunday August 28 | noon – 11pm | (commercial/non profit booths and ag areas close at 6pm) |
Location
The Kauai County Farm Bureau Fair takes place at Vidinha Stadium in Lihue.

- Hoolako Rd & Halau St.
- Halau St. & Oihana St.
- Hoolako Rd. & Kapule Hwy.
